E.T.F s for Bitcoin already exist most notably Canada . In the USA the SEC has asked for submissions from the public on allowing them. The people who are behind ETFs do not change their spots regardless of the asset involved . I dont know how they will do it but I would expect rehypothecation to occur causing further leverage .
