why is the us dollar ripping if the 'us government is in very real danger' sounds like you've been reading too much hyperbole
the us will have it's own digital currency, like others
1. to reduce fraud.
2. prevent tax evasion.
3. to prevent people taking out cash from an atm during a financial crises!
