I personally wouldn't worry about exercising your options until 6-8 months prior to expiry date which leaves the power in the heads, if you ever want to do so.. email or contact the company directly but remember it costs alot more to exercise options into heads so you should really do research before you go all in because at the end of the day options are the riskiest investment on the ASX anyone that tells you otherwise is oblivious.
