I feel for you there....these Crypto's trade nothing stocks....like forex it's advanced algorithmic trading designed to fleece and even advanced technical analysis can leave you you on the wrong side of the trade....many of the new gen cryto traders will get burnt for this exact reason....having said that algorithmic trading is fun and if you embrace it and learn your still level will go through the roof.

My recommendation to you here is to jump onto trading view and look through the ideas thread, learn what they look for, learn what structure is, and then with your current holdings take hedging positions where appropriate to try and claw back some losses...

ie....if you are long and technical structure says short, then short as well, and collapse your short when structure changes.....vice versa....
