I have been through several cycles of such experiences in last 8 yrs. I can relate to your situation very well...

I always panicked and sold out only to see it rise heavily after I sold.

In my opinion if you can hold then stop looking at the screen and come back after few days/weeks... I am sure if you have not made profit then you would have atleast broken even.

My view is that the market is heavily shorted and when there is a recovery of the short positions the coins will rally heavily.

Next IOTA, CIVIC, TenX, and NEO are fundamentally super strong coins..! I am sure you will be rewarded.
