I agree with most of you about the alt coins, but if one was to take a view of the future of crypto then you would need to look into the technoology beyond the blockchain.
Here's where IOTA come into the fray, they run on the tangle, not on a blockchain. The major flaw with blockchain is that once quantum computing comes out blockchain will be rendered useless by sheer computing power - a single quantum computer has more power than an entire blockchain.
I'd say 2-5 years whilst blockchain rolls out and becomes mainstream before its technology is surpassed and the shift moves to more powerful computing systems ... IOTA is the only one out there that can combat this quantum computing inevitability.

In the meantime, stick with the big boys or top 10 market cap coins.
