Look at the wedge pattern. We are due for a breakout. Completely different approach as a development + smart contracts platform and digital commodity to bitcoin. Good for diversification purposes. Less specific features based and more minimalistic with developer and base layer efficiency in mind, also wide adoption and experimentation among corporate institutions and banks.
Also due to the newer release + complexity of the tech and regular updating, IOTA is unlikely to have hardware for a long while I would think.
