    the trouble with "fully" decentralised exchanges is that (1) there's no interface to actualmoney (2) all the examples I've seen are fully decentralised except the absolute and total centralisation that lets them collect the fees, e.g. EtherDelta. What are you thinking of that's "fully" decentralised, more than that?
