If you have any doubt about the naivety or stupidity of crypto traders/investors, do yourselves a favour and head to a few of the facebook pages and read the comments (note a lot are private so you need to be invited). I am in disbelief at the extreme lack of basic knowledge. Not even a basic understanding of arbitrage? Investing in any old "ICO" based on someone's tweet. No understanding of "trading". Blind belief that this it's just going to keep going. "Pundits" inventing price targets for coins based on absolutely nothing? The amount of times I have read "this coin will far exceed BTC in 2018 and will be at least 5 times BTC value" is truly scary. Or "first coin to trillion dollar cap"??????? Based on nothing.
I'm shocked.
