It's probably the ASX telling directors to fix up the resolution.
I don't see any benefit to the company to delay and spend extra money to send out supplementary prospectuses. The directors want their bonus shares.
They've either been incompetent not proof reading the resolutions alongside the independent experts report first up and subsequently either ignored the mistake or not realised. Not a good look given it was posted on here 19 days ago.
The 830m shares to directors as discretionary bonuses is laughable given the reason they offer is the improvement in net asset value caused by the Soar coins which were manipulated higher right on cue at 30th June to mark up the net asset value. Wouldn't have cost much either in the grand scheme of things.
