Remember Metal Storm USA operating out of of the common wealth states of the USA works from a seperate platform and owes MST Australia $$ - that said if MST Oz goes down the yank end of the business may be able TO continue dealing with the US FEDS just like others have commented that OLD Uncle Sam would like to have control of the MST intellectual property to add the the ongoing US weapons program, furthermore the US will gain access to the MST engineering staff as well.

It is my opinion that the Check Mate play is about to take place - otherwise the ASX would have intervened by now.
