My predictions:
2010 - Property Up 20-30%
2011 - Property Up 5%
2012 - Down hard.
But...
The problem with having no property is that Melbourne/Sydney could turn into London prices and then you need 12m for a double story terrace in South Yarra/Paddington or 1m for a bedsitter. Seems a stretch but why take a chance is my opinion.
