Why have 3 garnet producers in the same post code?
How about the fact that it's a resource rich area for garnet?
There's already built infrastructure to take advantage of? Supply chain efficiencies?
There's already skilled workforce in that local area?
Why have 3 garnet producers with processing facilities in the same post code?
It's more profitable for the shareholders to use (favourable) debt to finance the operation, rather than give a huge cut to GMA or RDG. What's favourable? Well that's EFA from the dutch, there's the stuff aussie governments provide as well, royalty options. That's what I'm gambling on.
Also don't forget that one of our directors is literally from GMA.
Mr Williams has experience From 2002 until 2011, he oversaw mining operations, head office functions, and international sales & marketing and distribution operations for GMA. He also established the groups American business unit in Houston, Texas.
Now doesn't that sound like we have the right experience on the board?
