ill give you an opinion on the dutch eca. how much processing equipment can be procured from the netherlands and at what cost? that is necessary to get the eca funding, and this project doesnt need a dredge. the dutch eca is a furphy, aint never gonna happen, just used to spruik the project.
not saying its a bad project, just the dutch eca aint worth the paper its written on.
