What exactly is it that makes you think the Dutch ECA isn’t worth anything? My understanding is the Dutch don’t need to cover 100% of the financing needs, they can be one of the lenders so it’s not a problem that they can’t or won’t lend the full amount needed as long as there is a plan for the rest of the funding needed.
still waiting for them to close some funding but it sounds like they have a few options they’re chasing down
