I was just pointing out that to estimate a sale price for EQN it would be more beneficial to compare recent copper company takeovers.
Personally I think MMG will have to up the bid well over $8 for it to get across the line.
The trouble is now EQN is in play it will come down to price and whether or not shareholders are willing to sell out.
Unfortunately I do not see another bidder coming to the table. Rumours were RIO was looking but Lumwana is not a tier one asset.
