Crystal Ball?

I would not be at all surprised to see a new BoD as of 1/9/16! TIO offer closes 31/8/16..... Surely the first action by TIO after the close of the TO offer will be to remove the old BoD and replace with new. But who? Who will be the "independent" directors? The minority shareholders will be watching every move! Outgoing directors will need to be very careful what they say and do prior to offer close IMO............. Anything that could be seen as pro TO, or encouraging SHs to sell into the TO offer, would NOT be advisable IMO.
