Kloppers would be a pretty lousy dude to walk away now, and naive too, to think blocking stakes wouldnt be put in place, look at Macquarie and Qantas.
He's not, and will make an offer, but its not necessarily more than 3:1 just yet, noone is going to give you buckets of money without making you stick to your shares through all sorts of manouvres.
The market will be disappointed and then ask him to come back.
