$1.1b valuation seems acceptible I guess the valuation should be at least $1.1B - actually considering the relative valuatoin a merger offer for OXR would be a diverisifcation thta could do both companies well (ie valuations that can go much higher) renewables and gold and copper mining ?
Issuing script would be much easier and it would remain in aussie hands
