Peer comparisons.
You say by your own words that this is undervalued. How do you know it's undervalued?
Because it's peers are trading at much higher levels.
Sure no two stocks will ever be the same, and reserves etc will vary but I like to have a ball park figure of what stocks are worth and frankly I couldn't care less if the rest of the market agrees or disagrees. I know what this should be worth to the market and in my opinion it has a very good chance of getting to that valuation.
It's simply about putting the odds in my favour as much as I can and if I see an asset that is trading at less than it's peers and a few other things line up then I'm in.
