Nope, there were a few references to 2010:
In December 2009, the drilling program for Well #1 commenced and in January 2010 the joint venture partners agreed to proceed with completion testing on the back of several very encouraging oil and gas shows.
In February 2010, the joint venture partners made a commitment to bring the Well into commercial production on the lowest of several identified oil and gas zones. This should see the generation of early cash flows to the participants,whilst it continues to evaluate all the data obtained from all intervals.
In February 2010, the Company has established a new wholly owned subsidiary, Verus Energy USA Inc (incorporated in Delaware, USA) and intends assigning all rights and obligations in the Fausse Point investment across to this subsidiary company.
