Hi,
I want to crystallise my capital loss on ARI this financial year. With sales targeted to finalise on 30 June 2017, does it look like shareholders will be able to claim capital loss this financial year?
I've enquired with delisted. They buy worthless shares for $1 per parcel plus admin fee. Is this legitimate? has anybody used them? Does the tax office recognise this transaction?
Is there any other way to do this, such as transfer my holdings to another person? How is this done?
