I believe that delisted would be your only option, can't see why the tax office wouldn't recognise it.
Korda mentha would have to approve transfer to anyone else - and they won't unless you can prove hardship or death.
be good to hear if anyone has any other options.
Also would be nice if KM would be a bit clearer with shareholders - they must have an idea if anything is coming back - they could at least give a timescale for a declaration (ie reading between the lines - not this tax year)
