From your end it is automatic, once delisted recieve the signed paperwork from you they will transfer the shares and your chess holdings will go. Sadly i have done this a couple of times with them, but i do like to speculate. Has worked everytime.
I would at least give them a week or two then contact them. Maybe they did not recieve the papers?
