Aldi don't sell a lot of Aussie stuff.
100% pure Australian honey, possibly correct,
but that doesn't mean that 100% of the jar is Aussie.
i.e. 95 % of jar may be 100% Chinese, and 5% of jar
may be 100% Australian.
Read the label again.
Does it specifically state 100% of entire jar is Aust. honey?
Doubt it. Then again Aussie honey can crystallise too.
