but that doesn't mean that 100% of the jar is Aussie.

i.e. 95 % of jar may be 100% Chinese, and 5% of jar

may be 100% Australian.

Read the label again.

Doubt it. Then again Aussie honey can crystallise too.

I don't think the jar would come under the definition of ingredient.
But I take your point, often labelling can be designed to deliberately confuse and mislead.
