Currently I have four honeys in my pantry. One is a Beechworth branded honey and is called Creamy Honey & Lemon Myrtle, then one comes from "Roy" who is the son of a friend of mine, one is Certified Organic and labelled "unfiltered" and the remaining one is unidentifiable to me as it is unlabelled but somewhat dark in colour. All are NOT RUNNY. They all taste different from each other. I guess road side honey would be minimally, if at all, processed. Yum.
