    The price is staying where it is because a very large holder is strategically selling off in large chunks. You would have to think it is CS. Who knows how many more they are wanting to sell???
    They pick their mark. They wait until the buy side accumulates and then they just pick it off. Little by little.
    An announcement would be handy right now!
