From that I m deducing it is some type of organic compound with hydrogen that is being emitted and the steam reformer breaks down the hydrogen from the organic compound and removes it from the smoke stack ? Is that correct ?
Interesting thought on using a cogen plant requiring hydrogen , another possibility would be to place some type of plant next to the Eden plant that produces waste heat , that Eden could use to preheat its reactors with , ie waste steam from a large Coffee roasting facility or coal fired steam turbine, another possibility would be next to a cement plant where clinker is made that requires a lot of heat produced in the cement kiln.
The remaining hydrogen not used for heating the Eden reactors could still be compressed and sold on the spot market then .
