    CSC know more than any other party how close Lorenzo is to being stable, Isoft is their supplier.
    CSC can see a good deal.
    CSC were in a bidding war with Isoft when IBA beat them, now they get a further developed program (Lorenzo) at a fraction of the cost.
    IMO CSC have planned this for more than 12 months.
