Some very good points qqqqqqqqq! And you have, IMO, identified some of the issues dragging on the sp.
I am though confident that the projected cashflows will be realised and found to be on the conservative side - CSD has actually been managing the business of SPM and their assessment of cashflows would, IMO, be made on "known knowns".
I think we will also find that, given the conservative approach adopted by the co, there will probably be no CRs. Cashflows and s/t borrowings is all that will be required.
