Actually qqqq reminded me of what a great deal we have done. The plant, leases etc were valued at $400 million yet we picked it all up at fire sale for $40 million, and that includes an environmental cash-backed bond for $10 mil!!!
It's all looking good and we are building slowly but steadily, growing everyday.
