That is actually a good point qqqqqqqqq! That is, recognising the substance of the transaction but without acknowledging the equity issues. That I will leave to a lawyer - preferably a contract lawyer.

My understanding is though that, following the EGM, it is a done deal. The mechanics though could take up to June to finalise and I guess without the "mechanics", we cannot acknowledge the equity issues involved.

So in summary, the business belongs to CSD but it may take some time to finalise certain aspects.

As I have said before I do not think a large s/h will mean much as the sp will reflect earnings.
