From the company 01/02/2016:
"The Company advises that SPM’s secured lenders have now executed a Deed of Release, releasing the security attached to the SPM assets which will enable Settlement of the ASA to occur."

That's it, in B & W, no ifs - no buts, telling us the ball is now in the shareholders court, noting "Settlement can only occur following a positive outcome at this EGM."
If this is not the case we have been mislead, not the done thing under the Law.

It should not be a jigsaw puzzle anymore, it is very clear the security hold was advised to us as the last part of the due diligence we had to have completed so a new vote is called for approval of SPM assets sale, Settlement.

The projects with PFS/DFS done properly and with the work complaint, is what we need, the metal in the dirt if it is there for my mind it does not matter one iota who is the MD or who the Directors are (there are plenty of people out there) but they should be accountable for what they lead us to believe and tell us in a timely period of time if the advice is not the case.

All our frustration seems to lie in the use of the "early March" this time and we know our history and boy does it repeat, we are winding each other up for no reason that we know of, JB has apparently said the notice will be soon.

I do hope it's the notice we want and not a further delay. As for this being Ralph's and Mr Tong's baby it is how it is and nothing will change this, it's great to be in Australia with our democratic ways.
