Firstly, the market is concerned with earnings/profits not gross proceeds
It is best to wait until those figures are released at a later date as the market is well aware of the production rates but the price remains near yearly lows
Secondly, with the mou executed the share capital has substantially increased and therefore the market cap in reality is no longer $13.42m but closer to $50m if one takes into account the new share capital..and convertible note....

The takeover date for SPM assets was 13th Jan 2015 and as stated production has ceased awaiting wet season
