    So who are the "minority shareholders", JS.

    If it is a plan, that means that there is "substance" to the co?

    And note, this is Australia - not some third world country. I suspect, if there is substance to the co, then they would be happy to pay a big premium for the few shares they do not own. It would be like a drop in the ocean to them??
