What appears to originally be a class action is now looking more like a complaint to the financial watch dog. It may end up as a nasty Christmas card. Still mystified how a class action can happen with no peoole.... Or maybe this is a common fishing exercise to see if they can get enough numbers. Saying that you are on someone's side is nothing but a load of horse shit. You are trying for financial gain end of story.
