    SYR has done two cap raisings already, but CSE did not contribute. Neither did I for that matter.
    Recent SYR raising was for $15m to institutional clients of Credit Suisse. They dont need any more cash until they start to build the project. Will be another institutional raise and/or bank debt at that time
