I have both SYR and CSE. At this pricing I'm not sure why you would want to buy CSE at $0.195 when you can buy SYR at $1.98. Indeed I will look at seling my 245,000 CSE on Monday and buying SYR but think it is unikely that there will be CSE buyers at $0.195 at this volume.
I do not see CSE has any real value other than its SYR holding and I have switched between the 2 in the past when arbitrage is favourabe. The problem is usually CSE volumes are low.
