Ring them and ask for a supervisor, tell them you're not happy with receiving multiple contract notes and one even showing wrong info, plus the fact that according to IRESS there were NO TRADES TODAY. You should be able to get a few freebie brokerages out of them. They once screwed up a trade of mine and were too slow due to their red tape b.s. going thru the motions of asking me to confirm that my order is not a short sale and wasting so much time i missed my price. How can it be a short sale when the shares are in my holdings ffs ?
