I posted a few days ago that this is why I believe Evans wants those options at such a low strike price...because if there is a low ball offer for FAR,say in the 20c or 30c range,he could otherwise potentially miss out on a lot of his retirement nestegg by having to pay a lot to exercize them,something he may have no control over at the time.
