Hi hagar1, Well with the new technologies in survey equipment, previous companies new that oil and gas were present but couldn't find it, this way they can not only find, but pinpoint and make drilling more precise.
Oil is going up, and there is always a demand for offshore oil and gas in that region. And just add shell to the equation and a successfull drilling program and you may have a share worth 2.00.
All has to be considered and established with time and merit. Takeover possible down the track.
