    re: fantastic time to buy!! only 2% risk ginnie, the actual phrase from Portman was 'media speculation of UP TO 50% increase in current iron ore price negotiations', ie 50% was the absolute maximum and it was unlikely to be anywhere near that.

    A 50% increase looks much more likely now than 6 weeks ago.
