in regards to point 5, i agree that is the best course of action, my fear is they will take the $ right up front to fund a big CTL plant at chinchilla.
whichever they do i am sure they aren't selling a golden goose for 4 magic beans, but i'd like to see teh full value of emerald realised rather than given off to partners at a few cents in the dollar.
