    You forgot the Net Assets in that equation.

    Net Assets: $1192m (i.e Assts-liab, $1765m-$573m)
    Cash: $139.23m
    Debt: $196.65m
    On that basis, the Debt/Debt+Equity : 14.2% (as per the HY)

    I think there's a broker report available on their website, chk that out when u get a chance.
