As a result of CSG industry transgressions I understand the reticence and suspicions of the public in regard to another energy extraction process involving coal. Linc Energy really need to get all their ducks in a row on this project so that there is really no comparison between UCG and CSG. They also should be mindful of how they are perceived in the public's eye during this approvals process. By this I'm referring to the recent aquifer exemption request that the EPA has now ordered to go through the public hearing process it appears it should have in the first place.
