Just a note re the Irwin River Coal Seam data quoted - tonnage refers to the coal, DMA does not have rights to the coal, but 100% for any coal seam methane gas that might be discovered. This tenement is directly east of Geraldton and Oakajee where the new port is proposed to be built by a private consortium. Coal seam methane is flagged as a future source of power for the Mid West region (along with wind, coal, natural gas, solar).
