The tribes, according to an article titled (""GAS FIRMS ACCUSED OF SACRED SITE DAMAGE""), are also saying that the companies, not only did they fail to uphold an indigenous land use agreement, but they also failed to pay compensation for using native title land.

Go figure, it appears that there are always a few out there ready and willing to spoil it for all the remaining genuine ones.
