some good graphics ... but they seemed to want to emphasise the problems ... reinforcing the notion there's no such thing as a free lunch .. but I came away thinking while ESG has lots of water to deal with .. at least it not saline!
Another plus is a good deal of the Bohena and Hoskisson fairways lie under state forest - so developing those sites should be less of an issue than the regions coinciding with high value irrigated agriculture
The UCG technology promises much from syngas; electricity, sulphur free diesal and thats just for starters as djjp shows .. even more there is the promise of a closed loop system allowing for carbon capture and storage.
There's always a cost though. Just look at the debate going on about fraccing tight gas shales in the US and the contamination of aquifers .. and ESG don't need to worry about that!
