To answer your question, I refer you to the “Future Outlook” section of LMP’s Quarterly Activities Report for the quarter ending 31 October 2007. It is clearly stated there that the CSG Exchange Agreement identified in the Prospectus had expired and that LMP had re-acquired all CSG rights in their permits.

I hope this is a genuine oversight on your part and that you are not being a little bit naughty with your 'selective' but very specific quoting of chapter and verse from the prospectus? ;-)
